Curbside Delivery Policy
KyDeco offers a curbside delivery option, available at checkout, for addresses in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Our team will deliver your items to the closest point of entry to your property. Please measure your space accordingly to ensure that your furniture will fit and can be successfully moved into your home. KyDeco is not responsible for any items that do not fit and will not accept returns or refunds.
In-Home Delivery Policy
KyDeco offers a flat-rate in-home delivery option, available at checkout, for addresses in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. Our team will deliver your items into your home. Please measure your space accordingly to ensure that your furniture will fit and can be successfully moved into your home. KyDeco is not responsible for any items that do not fit and will not accept returns or refunds. If the move is unsuccessful, the customer is responsible for the removal of the item from building premises. KyDeco is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the property or the item itself during in-home delivery. All deliveries are performed as a courtesy, and acceptance of delivery constitutes acknowledgment of this policy.
KyDeco Warehouse Pickup Policy
KyDeco offers a free warehouse pickup option available at checkout. Our team will assist you in loading your items into your vehicle. Please make sure that you bring a large enough vehicle that will be able to fit your items. KyDeco is not responsible for any items that do not fit.
KyDeco Pickup Policy
KyDeco offers a free pickup service as part of our consignment program. While KyDeco drivers and movers are professional and well-trained, KyDeco will not be held responsible or liable for any damage that may be caused before, during, or after picking up any item(s). Please ensure that there is enough space and that all items can be removed without the need for any special tools or materials.
Property Access & Weather Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear, and reasonably identifiable access to their property for all pickups and deliveries. This includes clearly defining driveways, parking areas, and access paths.
KyDeco is not responsible for property damage resulting from weather-related conditions, including but not limited to snow, ice, rain, mud, frost, flooding, soft ground, poor visibility, or any condition that obscures or alters the appearance of driveways, lawns, or access areas.
If driveway boundaries, surfaces, or access points are not clearly visible or identifiable due to weather, ground conditions, landscaping, or lack of markings, KyDeco is not liable for incidental damage that may occur while exercising reasonable care.
By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges these risks and accepts responsibility for providing suitable access or postponing service until conditions improve.
