Our Commitment to You

At KyDeco, we believe buying open-box furniture should feel as confident as buying new. Every item we list has been personally inspected by our team. Every blemish, scratch, or mark has been photographed and documented, so what you see in our listing photos is exactly what you will receive.

We are based in East Windsor, NJ, and we stand behind every piece we sell. If something arrives that was not disclosed in our listing, we will make it right.

What "Open Box" Means

The item was returned, used as a showroom floor model, or pulled from a photo shoot, and was never used in a home. Packaging was opened but the item was not used. It may have very minor cosmetic marks from handling. All parts and hardware are present unless otherwise noted.

Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing. Our product photos are taken of the actual item you will receive, not stock photography.

Our 24-Hour Inspection Guarantee

Please take 5 minutes to inspect your piece when it arrives:

• Walk around the entire piece and compare it to the listing photos and notes.
• Check for anything damaged, defective, missing, or different from what we showed or described.
• If the delivery team is still there, point out any concerns to them.

If you find an issue we didn't disclose, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at care@kydeco.com or 201-462-3992, and send photos of the issue and of the whole piece within 48 hours.

We'll reply within 1 business day with the right fix for your item. Depending on the issue, that may be a replacement part, a repair, a partial refund so you can keep it, or a return for a full refund. If your delivery is lost or never completed, we'll refund or replace it in full.

After 24 hours from delivery, all sales are final.

Returns

We accept returns only under our 24-hour inspection guarantee, for issues that were not shown in our listing photos or described in the product notes. We do not accept returns for:

• Anything visible in the listing photos or described in the item notes
• Items that do not fit your space (please measure carefully before ordering)
• Change of mind after delivery
• Color or finish differences, including differences in how screens display color

When we approve a return for an issue we didn't disclose, we arrange and pay for the collection, there is no restocking fee, and we refund you in full once the item is collected and checked. The item must be in the condition it was delivered in. Any other return, approved at our discretion, carries a 30% restocking fee plus the return shipping cost. To start, email care@kydeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

• Before it ships: 20% restocking fee.
• Once it's in transit: 35% restocking fee, and delivery charges are not refunded.
• 7 days after purchase: the order is final and can't be cancelled.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery because of a problem with the item, send us photos and our 24-hour inspection guarantee applies. If a delivery is refused for any other reason, the 35% in-transit fee and the return shipping cost apply, and the rest is refunded once the item is back with us.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval. KyDeco store credit never expires.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide, right into your home. Most pieces ship with free in-home delivery; for the few that don't, your options and the exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 weeks from your order. Larger freight deliveries can take up to 5 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees, and many orders arrive sooner. You'll get tracking details as soon as your delivery is booked.

Need it sooner? Faster delivery may be available for some pieces and locations. Before you order, call 201-462-3992 or email care@kydeco.com with the item and your ZIP code, and we'll send you a quote.

Please ensure clear access to your property on delivery day. We are not responsible for items that cannot fit through doorways, stairwells, or elevators, so please measure all access points before ordering. Assembly is not included unless the listing says so.

Storage

We can hold your item for up to 10 days after purchase at no charge. After that, a $50/week storage fee applies (unless a longer time frame is agreed upon via email).
